Starlight, for me, has never been about simply developing land.

I wanted to create a place where the way we build is a little more thoughtful — where nature is not something left over after development, but something we design around. Where children have space to grow, families have places to come together, and trees, gardens and open skies remain a part of everyday life.

Over the years, my work with wildlife and nature has taught me how much our surroundings shape the way we feel and live. Starlight is, in many ways, an extension of that belief.

We have tried to think beyond plots and roads — towards open greens, long garden stretches, spaces for sport, quiet corners, native planting and a community that can become richer with time rather than more crowded.

My vision is simple: to create a neighborhood that we can look back at years from now and feel proud that we built responsibly, beautifully and with enough respect for the land we started with.

When the foundation of Rajul Builders was laid in 1982, few could have imagined that this name would one day become synonymous with "trust" in Jabalpur.

I joined this family on June 7, 1990. Since that day, the journey has been much more than just a job for me — it has been the greatest learning experience of my life. Over these 36 years, I witnessed many ups and downs, learned continuously, gave my all, and received far more from Rajul than I ever imagined possible.

The philosophy of Rajul Builders has always been singular: "We don't just build homes; we build relationships." We have never compromised on quality, always respected time, and considered our customers' trust as our greatest asset.

Today, looking back as CEO, I feel that with every brick laid, we connected with someone's dream. With every project, we renewed our commitment to making our city better. Even after 36 years, Rajul's promise remains unchanged: strength in the foundation, honesty in the walls, and peace under the roof.

Moving forward, our goal remains the same: to give Jabalpur homes where every family proudly says, "This is my Rajul home."
